    What I take on

I build the processes, structure the teams, and implement the tools needed to unlock your next phase of growth.

    Business operations covers

People & culture (HR), technology, contract management, financial oversight, customer experience, data, compliance, process, and policy.

    It doesn’t include

Technical operations like running a warehouse, manufacturing, food handling, FMCG, etc.

    How we start

Every business is different, so we start with a business review.

    1. Step 1

      An up-front business review

It will give me a good idea of where gaps lay in your business.

    2. Step 2

      Decide together

We work out how, or if, we can or should work together.

    3. Step 3

      Productive from day 1

The review sets me up to be productive from day 1.

    Ways to work together

    Business review

An up-front session to find where the gaps are and how we could work together.

    Retainer

I will always prioritise my retainer clients over ad-hoc requests and will never over-commit.

When you need an extra pair of hands

Call me in only when you need an extra pair of hands or someone to talk to.

    Common questions

    What does ‘business operations’ cover?

Great question, as this can vary depending on the needs of the business. On any given day this could include people & culture (HR), technology, contract management, financial oversight, customer experience, data, compliance, process, and policy. It doesn’t include technical operations like running a warehouse, manufacturing, food handling, FMCG, etc.

I can do that myself, why do I need you?

You don’t. If you have the capacity, the appetite, and the knowledge to manage these things then feel free to call me in only when you need an extra pair of hands or someone to talk to.

Do we really need a business review?

Yes! Every business is different, and I won’t be able to find out everything I need to know in the up-front session, but it will give me a good idea of where gaps lay, and how/if we can or should work together. It will also set me up to be productive from day 1.

If you’re ‘fractional’, how do I know you’ll be available when I need you?

I will always prioritise my retainer clients over ad-hoc requests and will never over-commit. At the very least I will be available via phone or email.

Do you work on site or online?

Depending on your location I can work in a variety of ways - on site, hybrid, or fully online.
